My RSS feed has broken and so new posts are no longer showing up in Google Reader. I am trying to fix it, but have no idea what caused the problem, so it is proving difficult. My husband normally sorts these technical issues out for me really quickly, but he’s gone to Turkey on business and so won’t be able to help me out until Sunday.
I’ll be adding a new post each day, so please check back regularly to see my latest posts.
Hopefully I’ll get it sorted soon.

It actually seems unbroken for me at the moment, as I just got 10 posts from your blog all in a row in Google Reader. Good luck sorting this all out!
aviannschild, I am having real trouble with it. It is amazing that you’ve just got 10 posts through, as it has not been working for days.
I just noticed that I’m getting the preview version, though, as opposed to the whole thing, which I personally really dislike. I hope you’ll change back!
aviannschild, Don’t worry – I hate partial feeds too. I will change it back as soon as I work out how!
I got the 10 posts at once in Google Reader, and the partial feed, too…but you’re not chasing me away. 😀 Good luck in getting it sorted out!
Ditto avisannschild’s 2 comments. Funny that the feed started working just when you posted that it wasn’t. I’d also prefer the full version to the preview. Good luck!
Laura, I posted that it was broken about 12 hours ago – I have been tinkering for ages! It still isn’t working properly, but at least some posts are coming through now.
Your posts have been coming through to me through Blogger. Then just awhile ago, a whole bunch of your old posts came through again! So I am in good shape over here. I feel your pain though. It is so frustrating when technical gremlins get in your business and start screwing things up, and you don’t know how to fix it.
Sandy, I’m not convinced that my posts were going through OK on blogger – I think you only saw them after hours of me trying to force them through. My blog has been dead for ages – 60% down on visitor numbers today. In the last two hours (since they went through my stats have picked up again) I hate technical things I don’t understand !

Posts have been coming through blogger fine. Like Sandy, I just had a bunch of old ones come through again. Maybe it means the problem is solved (fingers crossed!)
JoAnn, I really hope it is sorted now – just the partial feeds to fix now!
I use Google Reader and just got 10 posts in one bunch, just like someone else noted above. But I am also only getting partial feeds now, instead of the entire post in my reader!

Phew! I saw the partial feed and thought “Oh, say it ain’t so! Not another partial feed!” So sorry to hear you’re having problems with your feed, but glad you aren’t making the switch to a partial. 🙂

Megan, I really hope that people don’t just unsubscribe when they see that. I hate partial feeds, so I know I’d be really irritated to see them.

Hmm, I still see your posts in my Google Reader, no problems there – only I now see only the first couple lines, not the entire post – and I get them more than once. 🙁

No worries, I can live with it, just thought you might want to know what’s going on with your feed for Google Reader readers 😉 I just mark those posts I already know as read.
I just received another “delivery” of 10 or so posts, the same that arrived yesterday. The good news is, I also received your more recent “Do Leaders Make Better Bloggers” post (twice). Still receiving only partial posts. I’m using Google Reader.
Laura, Thanks for letting me know. I am still trying to fix it, so I’m afraid that you may have a few more batches of my posts arriving. Hopefully some full feed ones will turn up soon!
Good luck getting it sorted. I’m actually getting posts from you, but I actually get 10 at a time every couple hours, and they’re all partial feeds…weird. No big deal. I’ll just keep remarking them as read until it’s fixed. 😀
Another batch of partial feeds this morning. It’s always the same batch, btw. And I want to be clear: I am NOT complaining about it. I’m just letting you know, thinking it might be helpful in getting it sorted.
