Review Policy

I am more than happy to review books for authors and publishers.

I review every book I read, so please be aware that I will publish reviews even if I do not like the book. I will try to find something positive to say about each book I read, or try to suggest who might be interested in it. I am also willing to post my reviews on Amazon or Librarything.

I enjoy literary, historical and most mainstream fiction. I prefer my books to be plot based, with well developed characters, and I especially like books set in Asia. I also enjoy listening to audio books and finding new recipes from cook books.

I’m not a fan of science fiction, memoirs or poetry, and do not like receiving non-fiction or YA fiction for review.

My favourite books include: A Fine Balance by Rohinton Mistry, We Need to Talk About Kevin by Lionel Shriver, Ingenious Pain by Andrew Miller, Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell and The Clan of the Cave Bear by Jean Auel.
